What we collect
When you send an enquiry through the form, we receive your name, phone number, email address, your company name and machine of interest (if you fill them in), and your message. If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we receive the details you share in that conversation.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations, and keep normal business records. We do not sell your details.
The enquiry form
The enquiry form is processed by Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form service. Formspree receives what you type into the form and emails it to us. Your details may therefore be handled outside India. Formspree’s own privacy terms apply to its handling.
The “Send via WhatsApp” button opens WhatsApp with a message already filled in from the form. Nothing is sent to us until you press send in WhatsApp, and WhatsApp’s own terms apply.
Google fonts and maps
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and the Contact page shows an embedded Google map. When these load, Google may receive your IP address and device information and may set its own cookies. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this website.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and for our normal business records.
